HSK Exam Guide HSK test fee: how you pay, and which amounts the official pages actually print
The HSK test fee is not printed on the official exam regulations page. You need to ask your test centre for the amount. The official pages do print two sets of service fees: score review and additional score reports.
How to pay the test fee
Registration is valid only after you complete steps 1 to 6 of the registration process. The sixth step is paying the test fee.
How you pay depends on where your test centre is.
Candidates registering at test centres in other parts of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) may make online payments directly via quick payment, online banking, QR code payment, JCB/VISA/Master card. Candidates will be redirected to the corresponding payment platform for online payment.
Candidates registering at test centres in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan regions of China or overseas must pay the fee on-site at the test centre or via the method specified by the test centre.
The registration page says to pay the test fee as soon as possible after pre-registration. If you leave or accidentally disconnect without paying, you may be unable to pay the fee and complete the registration once the test seats are full.
Ask your test centre for the test fee amount. The Exams information for candidates (test regulations) page states no test fee amount.
