HSK Exam Guide When HSK results come out for paper-based and computer-based tests
For paper-based written and oral tests, the regulation says results are released one month after the exam. For computer-based written tests the period is 15 days, and for computer-based oral tests it is 20 days. The 2026 calendar prints exact result dates for the test dates still ahead on 11 October 2026, and they are listed below.
General release periods
The Result Inquiry section of the test regulations gives these periods:
- Paper-based written and oral exams: one month after the exam.
- Computer-based online written exams: 15 days after the exam.
- Computer-based online oral exams: 20 days after the exam.
The same section says the release dates will be postponed for holidays. It also says candidates should refer to the annual test schedule for the result release date.
The section says that paper-based tests may experience delays due to the shipping process.
Result dates for the remaining 2026 test dates
The calendar lists the result dates for each 2026 test date. Test dates before 11 October 2026 have passed, so they are not repeated here.

The calendar lists HSK Levels 7-9 separately. Its row for that test is:

The ※ mark appears in the calendar next to some result dates. The regulation says release dates are postponed for holidays, and the calendar uses ※ to mark those dates. The calendar's 13 December row shows ※ on the paper-based result date.
How to look up a result
The regulation says candidates can log in to the homepage of the Chinese Test Service website after scores are released. They enter the admission ticket number and name to check their score. The section also says candidates should have completed the test normally to access their results and receive their score reports.
The section says that for specific arrangements, candidates should check the test dates on the homepage of the Chinese Tests Service Website. This site does not show results and does not offer a score lookup.
If results are late
The regulation says that if results are not released by the specified date, candidates should contact the test centre immediately. It says the test centre would report the issue to CTI within three days of the scheduled result release date.
The Result Inquiry section does not say what happens after that report. It also does not say whether the same release periods apply at test centres in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or overseas. For those questions, contact the test centre.
